All applicants who plan to apply for our Affordable Housing program must already have a job, or be in the process of looking for a job. Specific details may be reviewed during your application process.

While we allow all residents to continue to receive any form of public assistance, we will not be responsible for any impacts that might impact your current benefits as a result of the affordable housing benefits received from our program.

No, however, you may decline the location and  begin the application process. Please see one of our housing representatives for details.

Yes. Please refer to the Learn Essential Life Skills page for current pricing for each class group.

Classes as offered throughout the year. There are 4 classes within a group. Groups are A, B and C. You are encouraged to take each group (A + B + C) to complete all modules of the program. Classes meet weekly at a specific location for each group.
