Tim Grimmett, Executive Director

Tim is a business owner, investor, author, speaker, ordained pastor and life coach.

He has extensive experience in home renovations and rehabs.

He is a Christian leader who strives to assist individuals and families create a vision for their life, which includes faith, family and finances.

Tim is an Army veteran. He resides in the Florissant area, with his wife Nancy and 3 daughters.

Nancy Grimmett, MS, LCSW, Member

Nancy is a licensed clinical social worker who has worked for the Special School District for 27 years.

She has been a member of Blessings to Others since its inception in 2005. 

She works as an advocate for families and children.

Vernon Thomas Mansfield Jr., Secretary

Retired from the Boeing Company after working 38 years in various finance capacities; Contracts & Pricing, Material Cost Analysis, and Employee Training & Development.

Discipleship, Wood working, fly fishing, golf, like to camp and visit national parks

Wayne Crull - President

An experienced executive who successfully improves and establishes lasting businesses, Wayne Crull is currently co-founder of a private equity group and Chief Operations Officer for the Construction Forum of Saint Louis. He is an inspirational leader with an innovative approach to business built on fact-based problem solving, integrity and trust. Crull’s far-reaching influence is proven through countless launchings of careers and businesses under his counsel.

Mike Boschert - Member

Mike Boschert has been a long-time Sales Executive with Gillette Papermate, State Farm, and several large janitorial companies in the St. Louis Metro area. His track record of success in every position was impressive and his ability to work with people and make things happen is second to nobody. Mike is currently Semi-retired and works with USSSA softball as umpire-in-chief scheduling umpires for slow pitch softball games. He is active in his Church and sits on the Parish Council as well as playing his trumpet in the Sunday choir. Happily married to his wife since 1987 and has 13 grandchildren. He loves giving back and giving time and energy to those in need and has been involved with Blessing to Others since January 2023. 

Jack Luttge - Member

Professional Background:

10 years in Finance, 5 in Mortgage Lending, recently started specializing in Real Estate Investor loans.

What is a hobby or pastime you enjoy? Tough Mudder, Triathlons

What about Blessings To Others (BTO) made you want to join the organization? Being in the real estate industry has shown me the real need there is for affordable housing, and BTO is meeting that need for people. I want to be a part of that.

Denise Graham - Member

Denise is the newest member to Blessing for Others and is very excited to have this opportunity to make a difference. She has spent her professional life in the medical field ranging from death to life. The majority of her years were working for Mid America Transplant and helping others see, move, and live, through tissue and organ transplant. Then she spent 6 years helping women with fertility issues. She has a heart to bring sunshine to every situation and help others make the most of their lives. Denise obtained her masters degree in Holistic Nutrition and strives to encourage others to choose health and joy!

Dana Creelman - Member

Dana grew up in the suburbs of Chicago and graduated from Miami University in Oxford Ohio. She and her husband have been married for 26 years and has two young adult kids; a boy and a girl. She has worked in different types of real estate markets in her 20+ years as a Realtor. She enjoys exercising, movies, wineries, restaurants, sports, time for friends, family, and her crazy Goldendoodle dog. She is involved in her neighborhood, community and is active in her church.
